We want you to love your Rifle Paper Co. products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely; please include the packing slip provided in your return confirmation email.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
